Florence to Bologna - Irene Grandi and Lucio Dalla concerts (see local news)
To celebrate the new 30-minute train service between Bologna and Florence, the cities will celebrate with music. Florence's own Irene Grandi and Bologna's Lucio Dalla will perform live in their respective cities; the Florentine Chamber Music Orchestra, directed by Giuseppe Lanzetta will perform in Piazza Signoria. Other live concerts slated for Piazza della Stazione, Piazza Duomo, Piazza Repubblica and Piazza Santissima Annunziata will feature an array of music, from jazz to street bands.
