See Tuscany on two feet

Walking Festival returns with fall events
(issue no. 148/2011 / September 15, 2011)

Themed walks, events and activities for those who seek the ‘true Tuscany': six regional natural parks are welcoming visitors during the Tuscany Walking Festival. Both residents and tourists are invited to explore historical, natural, archeological and ‘food and wine' trails in these stunning locations. In addition, after the summer hiatus, the Tuscan Coast and Islands Walking Festival returns to the Migliarino-San Rossore-Massaciucco Regional Park from September 3 to October 30 with a host of events every weekend.

See the calendar of events (this page); for details, see www.tuscanywalkingfestival.it and www.toscanacosta.it.
