A special dinner, entirely organic, with a tasting menu of products from the agricultural cooperative “Toscana Biologica”.


February 28 “French Wine and Bollito”.

A game of contrast to celebrate one of the most beloved dishes of the Tuscan tradition, the “Bollito”, accompanied by a selection of organic wines from the great French regions.


March 8 “Gourmet Pizza and Artisan Beer”.

An evening in the company of the brewmaster of Tuscan brewery “la Petrognola”. This is combined with a Gourmet Pizza menu prepared with special dough.


March 11 “Truffle and Brunello wine”.

An evening devoted to the Gemignani truffle with a three-course meal, paired with a special wine list dedicated to the Brunello of Montalcino.
