Ghevido

Cool.

Example: ‘Oh, hai visto ghevido i’ motorino di Giacomo?’ (‘Did you see how cool Giacomo’s scooter is?’)

 

 

Bastone da pollaio

Instrument used to clean out a chicken coop. Refers to someone or something particularly filthy.

Example: ‘O nini, l’era sudicio come un bastone da pollaio!’ (‘Oh little one, it was really filthy!’)
