The acclaimed library, archive, and restoration institution of Florence, Gabinetto Vieusseux, recently welcomed a new president, Enzo Cheli. Cheli previously held such prestigious roles as Judge for the Constitutional Court, and hopes are that he will successfully re-launch this important historical institution.
The Gabinetto Vieusseux is located in Palazzo Strozzi and has long participated in activities promoting the use and exchange of cultural heritages. A special report on Tuscan-American relations will be presented on Thursday, May 5th (see events list for more info).
