A host of glittering top-name celebrities have arrived in Venice for the 52nd edition of the Biennale, a contemporary art festival. The festival, which boasts its largest cultural menu to date, will showcase works by over 100 artists in 70 different exhibitions. Artists, designers, royalty, museum directors, politicians, actors and musicians have flocked to the city and will be seen at myriad evening cocktail parties, gala events, dinners and dances. The festival welcomes US presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton and British pop star Elton John. Other celebrities in attendance include Robert De Niro, Richard Gere, Tom Ford, Valentino, Miuccia Prada and the Duke and Duchess of Kent.
