Let’s Work Artisans! Junior project
not only teaches young people the art of ceramics, but they learn the
craft in English, developing knowledge of culture and craft. The
ninety-minute workshops for children ages 6 to 12 are being held on
November 10, 12, 17 and 19 at O.M.G di Montugh di Firenze School of
Ceramics
, and will include projects such as Christmas ornaments and
candlesticks.

 

The course fee, 50 euro, covers the English lessons,
expert ceramic instruction and all materials. Let’s Work Artisans!
is a project of the Osservatorio dei Mestieri Arte and is sponsored
by the Province of Florence, the Tuscan Region and Associazione delle
