The Florentine extends a special ciao to members of the National Organization of Italian American Women.

250 copies of the April issue of Florence’s English-language news magazine will be available at the NOIAW’s 35th anniversary luncheon on April 16 at St. Regis New York, where CNN anchor and co-host of morning show New Day Alisyn Camerota and founding principal of New York City-based venture capital firm StarVest Partners Jeanne Mariani Sullivan will be honored.

 

The NOIAW is the only American organization for women of Italian ancestry. Its mission is to celebrate and preserve Italian heritage, culture and language. Through cultural programs, special events, networking opportunities, mentoring, scholarship and cultural exchange initiatives the NOIAA seeks to promote and support the achievements of women of Italian ancestry in the workplace and the community.
