Innovation and tradition, analogue and digital, local and global: these are words that describe the new way of doing business, a model that experiments with new products, services and a new way of interacting with customers.

Change is the focus of “Cambiamenti: Il futuro delle imprese è presente”, an afternoon of talks (in Italian) by some of the top professionals on Italy’s business scene discussing the future of business and the training that accompanies it. Speakers will include Andrea Di Benedetto, President CNA Toscana, Vice President National CNA; Alessandro Fusacchia, Strategic Advisor H-Farm Education; Marco Zappalorto, Director, Nesta Italia (the UK Innovation Foundation); Domenico Sturabotti, Director, Symbola - Foundation for Italian Quality; Ivan Scalfarotto, Undersecretary for Economic Development of the Italian Government; Stefano Ciuoffo, Assessor for Economic Development, Regione Toscana. The talks will be moderated by Tommaso Cerno, Co-Editor La Repubblica, Editor L’Espresso.

The concept of open innovation permeates the direction in which the business world is heading, as does the necessity for identifying and investing in new economic sectors and understanding the potential of the platform economy.
