Effective July 18, Florence’s buses can be used using contactless payment methods.

The ATAF company introduced the new system on 355 buses in the city, in addition to the airport bus service (“Volainbus”) and The Mall shopping outlet route.

Currently available for MasterCard, Maestro, Visa and V Pay, the ticket price of 1.50 euro and the duration time of 90 minutes remain unchanged. When asked to produce your ticket by an inspector, it is sufficient to give the last four digits of the card with which you made the payment.
