The diner came about when the owners realized Florence's need for a restaurant that caters to foreigners who are missing the traditional diner-style foods we've all come to know and love. Around the clock, from pancakes and bagels to a variety of burgers, milkshakes and smoothies, the menu certainly does not disappoint. Featuring quality food and a comforting atmosphere, an experience at the diner can best be described as ‘essential and genuine.'

 

The diner is open from 8:30 am to 10:30 pm, Monday through Sunday, with breakfast served throughout the day. On Sundays, only the brunch menu is offered from 10:30 am to 3:30 pm.
