Two weekends ago the Fiorentina played an incredible game for a tie result with one of the league’s top teams, Juventus. Unfortunately, the team could not muster the same energy and will in another recent game against Livorno, and lost 2 to 0. This means they did not earn the direly needed points for the championship classifications and now rank in third-to-last place, a ranking that will automatically expel the team from the A Series league and retrocede it to the B Series championships. That is, unless the can get their game together in the last few weeks of the Championship.

It seems that even with the incredible investments new owner Della Valle has made to turn the team back into a strong A Series competitor nothing has been able to prevent misfortunes and bad luck that seem to follow the Fiorentina in recent years.

It goes without saying that winning the next few games in this championship is now mandatory if the team does not want to return to the B Series league, which it had finally managed to advance out of this year.
