The Province of Florence is
hosting an exhibit dedicated to two of history’s most beloved beautiful
blondes: Simonetta Vespucci, the most extraordinary beauty of her time and
famed subject of many Botticelli paintings; and Marilyn Monroe. The show,
curated by Giovanni Lazzi and Francesco Santaniello, features nearly 70
paintings by Omar Ronda dedicated to these golden-haired icons.
