Orsanmichele Re-opens After 6 Years

The church of Orsanmichele recently reopened its doors to the public after six year of restoration works. Built in 1337, it is a prime example of Florentine gothic architecture. It houses a gothic tabernacle of glass and marble by Orcagna that frames a Madonna by Bernardo Daddi.
