Teaming up with Tuscan English Academy, Pisa’s Palazzo Blu is launching Crossroads, a free series of lectures in English.
The program, which is designed to serve the international community and English-language learners, will be held monthly on Thursday evenings at 6pm in the Palazzo Blu Auditorium.
The Crossroads lectures, focusing on Pisa and its environs, will also include an aperitivo and a meet-and-greet with the evening’s speaker.
The first Crossroads event, ‘The Pisan Circle: The Shelleys and Lord Byron,’ scheduled for February 18, features Anthony Leonard Johnson, retired professor of literature who formerly taught at the University of Pisa.
