Celebrity Fight Night gala in Florence

Hosted by Andrea Bocelli, Celebrity Fight Night is a “charity marathon” benefitting the Andrea Bocelli Foundation and the Muhammad Ali Parkinson Center; its fifth edition took place between Florence and Verona from September 4 to 10, 2018.  The nearly week-long festivities culminated with an elegant gala dinner sponsored by Stefano Ricci, with an accompanying silent auction, held at Palazzo Pitti. Actor Morgan Freeman and musician-producer David Foster were among the approximately 200 A-listers and philanthropists in attendance. Sponsors included historic Ponte Vecchio-based jewellers Fratelli Piccini, Antico Setificio Fiorentino, Illy and Ca’ del Bosco.
