Accademia Italiana: TempleBar fashion event

Last night, the historic headquarters of Accademia Italiana came alive in piazza Pitti with the TempleBar fashion event, held during the week dedicated to men’s fashion in Florence.

Trade professionals and the press were welcomed by a performance by calligraphy artist Luca Barcellona on the ground floor before heading to the first floor to view the collections with contemporary lines designed by the school’s fashion design students and a dynamic runway on the fourth floor among theatrics. The golden light, breathtaking views and chic casual vibe made the evening magical, while setting a new style in fashion education in Florence.

Drinks were provided by First Glass, a Florentine startup powered by women who provide a first sip of interesting wines in a reduced and more wholesome format than your usual 750cl bottle.
