Negroni + Spicy lemon popcorn
1/2-3/4 cup popcorn kernels
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp fine salt
2 tsp chilli powder
Zest of 1 Sorrento lemon
Heat oil over high heat in a deep frying pan and add the popcorn kernels. Cover, allowing some steam to escape.
Once the popping slows down, turn off the heat and set aside, covered, for a few minutes. Add the salt, chilli powder and lemon zest.
Serve!
