The iconic Hard Rock Cafe at via de’ Brunelleschi 1, Florence, launches an unmissable breakfast and brunch menu for those leisurely mornings spent catching up with friends or having fun with family. Foodies will fawn over the world burger tour, where a scrumptious selection tantalizes taste buds. And then, of course, music lovers are catered to with the John Lennon Treasure Hunt, and a ‘Summer on the Rocks‘ cocktail menu sorts out chilled summer serate.
World Burger Tour
From June 14 to September 2, the Hard Rock Cafe’s five winning burgers will be featured in Hard Rock Cafes across the globe, giving you a chance to try the best of the best. Come in and try them all while you can. The options are inspired by Bucharest, Romania; Pittsburgh, USA; Bengaluru, India; Gramado, Brazil; and Kathmandu, Nepal. Take your pick of the burgers that feature intriguing ingredients like garlic horseradish aioli marinated camembert cheese and whiskey bacon jam.
Breakfast and brunch
A new breakfast-brunch menu is available daily from 8.30am to 1pm, with firm favourites like pancakes and French toast and options like a full English breakfast and fried pork belly with crushed tomato and toast for a satisfying start to the day. Add a Hard Rock Bloody Mary, Irish coffee or diner-style milkshake if you’re feeling like the full experience!
Summer on the rocks
Three special summer drinks can be enjoyed this season, with the Hurricane containing Bacardi Superior Rum, a blend of orange, mango, pineapple juice and grenadine, finished with a float of Captain Morgan Dark Rum and Amaretto. The Butterfly Hawaiian is a summer spectacular of Hendrick’s Gin, infused with Butterfly pea flower, poured over pineapple juice, fresh lime juice and topped with a spritz of Sprite Zero. For a fully fresh invention, try the Strawberry, Rum and Basil Lemonade option, with collectible glasses also on offer.
