On November 28 and 29, Ristorante Accademia (piazza San Marco 7R) will be serving its 24th traditional Thanksgiving dinner for 45 euro per person, including pumpkin soup, turkey with stuffing, traditional side dishes and a choice of three seasonal desserts. The Place
The Place (piazza Santa Maria Novella 7) has created a fine-dining experience for Thanksgiving guests. A four-course meal of traditional favourites with some Italian twists will be served for lunch or dinner in the restaurant’s stylish setting for 90 euro per person on November 28.

Hard Rock Café
Hard Rock Café Florence (via dei Brunelleschi 1) is offering a traditional Thanksgiving feast of slow-roasted turkey breast and all the trimmings with a classic pumpkin pie to follow from 12 noon to 10:30pm. The meal costs 30.70 euro per adult and 12.25 euro for children under 10. Starting at 9pm, there will be a special music session with the Tennessee Rose Blues Band.
Da Giacomo al Salviatino
Da Giacomo al Salviatino celebrates autumn and ushers in the festive season with an unforgettable Thanksgiving dinner, offering an Italian twist on holiday favorites. After an amuse bouche and a glass of bubbly, the fixed menu will commence with butternut squash ravioli, and proceed with both traditional roast turkey and Italian-style bollito.

Djària
Djària (via dei Serragli 100R) serves American-style food all year round, and Thanksgiving is no different. The festive menu features home-style classics based on family recipes for juicy roast turkey, sweet potato casserole and cornbread. Bookings must be made by phone at least a week in advance, and are accepted for 7pm or 9pm, or for pickup on November 28.

The Dolce Vita Experience
The Dolce Vita Experience cooks a family-style Thanksgiving dinner for takeaway only at B.east Gallery, featuring a menu with turkey, sides and pies. Place an order through WhatsApp by November 22 for pick up on the 28th. The Dolce Vita Experience will also be at Degus near the San Pierino arch on November 29 and 30, serving two types of turkey schiacciata from 12 noon to 6pm.

Four Seasons
Four Seasons Florence is adding Thanksgiving specials to its usual menu at Atrium Bar and the Michelin-starred Il Palagio restaurant. Go big with the spider crab mac and cheese (44 euro), turkey roulade with decadent trimmings (44 euro) and a pumpkin and pecan pie (22 euro) to finish.

Melaleuca
The Australian-American bakery and bistrot is celebrating Thanksgiving with a selection of dine-in or takeaway dishes from Floridian chef Marco Cappellari. Turkey with gravy and a sweet potato crumble will be just some of the delicacies on offer. You can also book milk rolls, turkey bone broth, wild foraged organic cranberry sauce and a selection of pies to supplement your Thanksgiving at home! The set dine-in menu is €45 for adults and €18 for children under 12.

La Cucina del Ghianda
For lunch and dinner on Thanksgiving day La Cucina del Ghianda will offer two fixed menu options. A light option includes stuffed turkey, Brussels sprouts, and baked potatoes, while the complete menu adds pumpkin and ginger soup and pumpkin pie. The light menu is €20 at lunch and €25 for dinner, while the full menu is €30 at lunch and €35 for dinner. Book by phone or through Google.

Cib’aria
This special event held in the beautiful B.east Gallery in central Florence focuses on American culture and Thanksgiving celebrations. There will be a cooking class filled with recipes and traditions, followed by dinner and live music by American musician Patti DeRosa, a quiz, and a poetry reading. Book by WhatsApp or e-mail. The Filippo Mazzei Foundation is organizing two Thanksgiving events this year. On November 21, in collaboration with the American International League of Florence, they will host a lunch at the Circolo Golf Ugolino. On November 28, they are holding a dinner at Pinna Rossa restaurant, in collaboration with the Rotary Club San Casciano, for €50 per person.
