Scuola di Arte Culinaria Cordon Bleu is the oldest culinary academy in Tuscany. Established by Cristina Blasi and Gabriella Mari in 1985, the school runs academic, professional and amateur courses using latest-generation equipment in the spacious 16th-century Palazzo Panciatichi Ximenes in central Florence. Recent additions include a Master’s degree and a Higher Diploma in Culinary Arts and Sciences in partnership with Florence Online University (IUL). The school also offers a three-year Bachelor’s degree in Italian Culinary Arts accredited by EABHES.
