The University of Florence celebrates its 100th anniversary with a journey through the symbolic universe of myth in two historic venues. Seven sculptures and 30 polychrome steles in terracotta and wood by Onofrio Pepe make up the “Wall of Myth”.
Find out moreMAD Murate Art District presents a new permanent installation for the spaces of the former prison in collaboration with BHMF – Black History Month Florence. The site-specific sound installation by the sound artist SADI (Florence, 1978), was created to resound the thoughts, philosophies and struggles of numerous figures who once occupied the space, transforming the sense of a prison, where words are denied, into its opposite, an Agora, the square at the center of the ancient Greek polis.

A Drag Brunch with The Shade will be on February 18 and pop covers by Sinedades on February 25.
A three-day intercultural festival between Ireland and Italy celebrates the 1500th anniversary of the death of St.Brigid of Ireland. The project takes an artistic and ecological tone to highlight the relevance of Brigid’s values, such as peacemaking, community building and the need to cultivate a right relationship with the earth.
