IN HOUSE EDITOR AND COPYWRITER

The Borgo Santo Pietro Group is a collection of luxury lifestyle companies comprising a five-star boutique hotel and estate, a fast-growing natural skincare line Seed to Skin, two Michelin-starred restaurants, a bespoke yacht and a high-end design and construction company.

This role collaborates closely with Brand Communication, PR, design, sales & marketing, and social media team to produce content for the Borgo Santo Pietro Group. Our ideal candidate is passionate and dedicated, with a keen interest in the luxury lifestyle sector and has creative writing abilities. This role requires excellent communication and organisational skills, including proven written and editorial expertise, a flair for lifestyle communication and content marketing and a superb eye for detail. The candidate should also be an English mother tongue speaker as well as possessing a good knowledge of Italian, a flexible approach, and the ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Writing Borgo Santo Pietro Group content (websites, press releases, product blurbs, and marketing material)
• Liaising with Italian translators on content, style and flow
• Editing and updating existing text in circulation (both printed and online)
• Co-maintenance of photographic databases
• Ad hoc administrative content-writing and translation
• Occasional content upload to websites.

Requirements

• Proven written and editorial expertise with a superb eye for detail
• A flair for lifestyle communication and content marketing
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong creative writing skills
• English mother tongue and competence in Italian
• A valid driver’s licence
• Reside in Florence area

The role requires a full-time position.
