Job Description:

To assist our rapidly growing company we are seeking a native English speaking full-time devoted SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER with a strong flair for hospitality & luxury lifestyle to work with us at our company head offices in Florence.

The ideal candidate is a professional, passionate for all things social media, who will know all the latest trends and the most effective ways to engage with new audiences & gain traction. Enthusiastic, resourceful and supportive with a strong work ethic and self-starting attitude, the Social Media Manager will work closely with the marketing & communications team to help create engaging content and promote our company’s social media presence.

Your duties will include:

  • Managing of the company’s different social media channels, primarily Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
  • Maintaining social media channels with updated and brand-focused content.
  • Seek new social media avenues and ways of connecting with new audiences.
  • Managing Meta Business & create adds on a constant base
  • Analysing and reporting audience information and demographics and success of existing social media projects
  • Proposing new ideas and concepts for social media content that promote audience interaction / participation and increase audience presence on company site, coordinating editorial / event calendar to plan posts reactively
  • Use timelines and scheduled content to support creation of a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction whilst analysing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimise visits.
  • Supporting the team in the creation of dynamic written, graphic, and video content and helping to maintain and update photographic database
  • Daily action on comments & DM

Required Social Media Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experienced in social media management.
  • Knowledge of social media software, Later, Adobe suite (In-design, Photoshop & other)
  • Technology skills
  • Campaign execution
  • Enthusiastic self-starter & team player
  • Strong communication & networking skills
  • Lifestyle aware
  • Graphic, and video content
  • Detail-oriented

This is a full-time position based in Florence.

We are willing to relocate the right candidate.
