Call for an adjunct position teaching Intercultural Communication in Fall 2023, as well as adjunct professors in the Liberal Arts disciplines including: Psychology, English Composition, Business English, Math, Finance. FIT continuously welcomes resumes for adjunct teaching in the Fashion Business and Fashion Design Art and Apparel areas
Requirements: Fluent English and familiarity with the US higher education system; prior teaching experience, and professional industry experience as pertinent to the area is strongly preferred; Only applicants with legal documentation to work in Italy will be considered. All courses are taught in English.
All applicants must be proficient in digital learning platforms such as Brightspace, and able to teach remotely, hybridly, or face-to-face as requested. Digital skills for course management including Google apps, Office etc are essential.
Education: A Master’s degree, or PhD is generally required (years of professional experience may substitute some educational requirements). Transcripts will be requested to confirm employment.
