CASTIGLION DEL BOSCO HARVEST EXPERIENCE

From 15 to 29 of September. A time of celebration for everyone, no matter the age, harvest is eagerly anticipated throughout Montalcino. During this time, an air of excitement fills every corner of the town. With the harvest kit in your hands, we will begin in the vineyard where you will be immersed in the world of Tuscan viticulture, finding out more about our unique territory, and experiencing the meticulous attention that goes into our harvest. We will then take you through the grape selection process, and explore the cellar where the real magic happens – visiting both the fermentation and ageing rooms. Finally, one of our wine experts will take you through six Castiglion del Bosco wines, including our Brunello di Montalcino. You will also enjoy a charcuterie board of local cheeses, home-grown cured meat, Castiglion del Bosco olive oil, and fresh bread.
