Seeking Rent – Dog friendly apartment

I am an entrepreneur with companies in Italy and Switzerland, I will be coming to Florence to follow a master’s degree at Polimoda. I am looking for a one/two-room (minimum) furnished kitchen complete with washer / dryer.
For one person and 2 small clean and trained dachshunds dogs in Florence from 15 January – End of September 2024 with the following preferred requirements:
1. Areas: Piazza Tasso / Porta al Prato / Piazza Ognissanti.
2. External terrace and/or garden space for dogs.
3. Elevator – NO STAIRS ONLY unless ground or first floor.
4. Good standing – flexible budget.
