Dr. Silvia Giani, qualified and licensed psychotherapist in Florence.

I am a psychologist and psychotherapist with 20 years of practice in counselling and psychotherapy, both in English and Italian.

After graduating in Psychology from the University of London (UK) I specialised in Psychotherapy in Florence. Over the years, I have also developed a specific approach to focus on cross-cultural issues. I can assist with anxiety issues, depression, and all other emotional disorders.

I hold diplomas in Gestalt Psychotherapy, Bioenergetics, Family Mediation and Neurolinguistics. I am also specialised in horticultural therapy and outdoor therapy.
My practice is in Florence and I also work online (Zoom, Skype or Meet).

I am available for long-term therapy as well as short-term support, for people who are temporarily here in Florence. Contact me for info or to book a session.
