Full-time HOUSING COORDINATOR position

An international academic institution in Florence is now accepting applications for a full-time HOUSING COORDINATOR position.

We are looking for Fluent English speakers (level C1 or mother-tongue) with the ability to work in Italy.

Responsibilities include: Identifying and securing suitable apartments, creating and managing rental contracts, and ensuring compliance with local regulations, handling maintenance requests, and coordinating repairs as needed. Prior experience in housing, real estate management, or related fields is preferable.

Employment Terms: This is a fixed-term contract position with the possibility of renewal and conversion to permanent based on performance and business needs.
