Dr. Silvia Giani, qualified and licensed psychotherapist in Florence.

I am a psychologist and psychotherapist with 20 years of practice in counselling and psychotherapy, both in English and Italian.
I can assist with anxiety issues, depression, and any other emotional and relational issue that may bother you. I work very much on empowerment and awareness. I have alsodeveloped a specific approach to focus on cross-cultural adjustment and issues.
After graduating in Psychology from the University of London (UK) I specialised in Psychotherapy in Florence. I currently teach Psychotherapy in Italy and the Netherlands.
I hold diplomas in Psychotherapy, Bioenergetics, Family Mediation and Neurolinguistics.
My practice is in Florence and I also work online (Zoom, Skype or Meet).
I am available for long-term therapy as well as short-term support, for people who are temporarily here in Florence. Contact me for info, or to book a session.
