Coordinator of JMU Semester in Florence
James Madison University seeks applications for a full-time faculty member for its Semester in Florence (SIF) program; this professor will serve as the site coordinator of the SIF program. The SIF Coordinator facilitates the daily operations of three separate program cohorts per year – running and from September to December, from January to April, and from mid-May to mid-July. Beyond their administrative duties, the coordinator will teach a multidisciplinary course on modern Italy four times a year. Candidates for this role need to be highly proficient in both Italian and English. The SIF Coordinator reports to the U.S.-based Program Director.
