Call for adjunct professors in the Liberal Arts disciplines including: Psychology, English Composition, Communication, Business English, Public speaking, Math, Statistics and Finance.
FIT continuously welcomes resumes for adjunct teaching in the Fashion Business and Fashion Design Art and Apparel areas.
If you are committed to academic excellence and providing a dynamic, inclusive climate for learning, and you are able to demonstrate teaching strategies that focus on student-centered learning, utilizing remote and in person technologies, we invite you to submit your qualifications.
Requirements:
Fluent English and familiarity with the US higher education system; prior teaching experience, and professional industry experience as pertinent to the area is strongly preferred; Only applicants with legal documentation to work in Italy will be considered. All courses are taught in English.
All applicants must be proficient in digital learning platforms such as Brightspace, and able to teach remotely, hybridly, or face-to-face as requested. Digital skills for course management including Google apps, Office etc are essential.
Education: A Master’s degree, or PhD is generally required (years of professional experience may substitute some educational requirements). Transcripts will be requested to confirm employment.
