Pride Park Firenze returns for its second edition, now extended to one month, from June 10 to July 8. This year’s program, to be held exclusively in the Limonaia di Villa Strozzi, will not only include entertainment but also events focused on raising awareness of various LGBT topics, the theme of which will alternate every week.

A complete program of the event is still being developed, but it is sure to feature evenings with live DJ sets, performances by Italian and international artists, theatre shows, installations, an LGBT-specific film program, conferences, meetings, debates and book presentations. Throughout the month, there will also be photographic, art and clothing exhibitions staged within the Limonaia. Additional events include themed happy hours, music and performance contests, improv theatre and dance lessons, all aimed at involving the public hands on. Informational stands will be present for the whole month, with representatives from associations and organizations in Tuscany whose missions are to promote LGBT themes and support.
