Staying in Florence for Ferragosto? The city won’t shut down completely on Saturday, though the countless “Chiuso per Ferie” signs might have convinced you otherwise. Shops and restaurants may shut their doors, but many of Florence’s most prominent museums will be open all weekend, and the Uffizi, Accademia and Bargello will offer extended hours on Saturday night. Map out your museum visits with this handy schedule.
