Following Queen Elizabeth II’s recent foray into the popular video-sharing platform YouTube, the Polo Museale Fiorentino has also embarked on a multimedia journey. On November 17, superintendent of the Polo Museale, Cristina Acidini, inaugurated the institution’s YouTube channel with a set of videos on the five major exhibitions currently at Florence’s state museums: Great Bronzes of the Baptistery, Vino Nostrum, In Virtue of Love, Paris is Well Worth a Mass! and Caravaggio and Caravaggesques.
