Detox Day

Tue 09 Jan 2018 3:11 PM

Start the New Year with a New You: this is Relax Firenze’s mantra for its Detox Day on January 20.

The central Florence oasis just off piazza della Repubblica embraces everyone for a mind, body and spirit-focused day by reservation only to make sure that you actually keep to your new year’s resolutions.

Reserve one-to-one sessions with Relax Firenze healthcare professionals (10:30am–7:30pm), book a free trial of Yin Yang Balance Training (10:30am–1pm, 7–8pm) and enjoy a complimentary introduction to Flower Reading by Ilaria Di Donato (10:30am–5pm), a fun but in-depth way of connecting with the body’s deepest energy.

The Detox Day at Relax Firenze also includes free talks on How to Lose Weight Through Nutrition (1–1:30pm) and Choices and Habits that Lead to Weight Gain (6:30–7pm).

As a special treat, 45-minute face and body treatments will be on hand for just 30 euro; 2 sessions by the same person for 50 euro. To get up close and personal, get an individual analysis of your constitution with bespoke dietary suggestions for 40 euro.

The Detox Day is the perfect opportunity to try Relax Firenze signature treatments such as Ayurveda, Bach Flower Remedies, Mu Face and Body Massages, Kobido Traditional Japanese Face Massages, Holistic Draining-Effect Massages, and Reflexology and Thai Foot Massages.

Not in Florence on January 20? Relax Firenze will also be opening its doors for a second Detox Day on March 3.
