PwC TLS, a member of the global professional service network PwC, has announced plans to open a Florence desk aimed at serving the city’s international community

Providing assistance with visas, real estate, tax consultancy, art acquisitions, intellectual property and anything else required by expatriates in Tuscany, the services will be aimed at individuals and businesses alike. In charge of development in Tuscany, Francesca Bignami will helm the office as legal partner of the Florence office alongside Simone Guidi for the tax practice. A renowned lawyer among the region’s international community, Bignami vaunts 20-plus years of experience in the fields of corporate – M&A and real estate, as well as acting as a port of call for Italian and international managers, family businesses and private investors.
