Eat better, sleep longer,

The agricultural association Coldiretti suggests that those who suffer from sleepless nights should eat more pasta, bread and rice, as well as lettuce, chicory, boiled eggs, fresh cheeses, warm milk, fruit and desserts. These foods, researchers say, help the body to relax, thus favoring sleep.

These foods, researchers say, help the body to relax, thus favoring sleep. Coldiretti recommends that restless sleepers avoid spices like curry, paprika and pepper, as well as salty and pre-packaged foods.
