A Greek medical student attending the University of Bologna accidentally discovered a technical error in the creation of a report by U.S. investigators on the death of Italian Agent Nicola Calipari. By simply transferring the PDF report file to another program, the black marks used to censor sensitive information in the document automatically disappeared. Now, all of the names of participants in the tragic event have been revealed. U.S. officials have declined to respond to this error.
