Tuscany’s Green Party kicked off its election campaign on February 16, the anniversary of the Kyoto agreement, with a big push for the region to convert to renewable energy sources. The party claims that changing over to energy production from alternative sources such as solar and geothermal would even create 15,000 new jobs in Tuscany.
