The
digital revolution has finally reached the Italian public school system. By
next year, parents should be able to receive students’ report cards online and
announce their children’s absences from school via text message. The decision
to use these high-tech solutions will remain up to parents, says Italy’s Public
Administration minister, Renato Brunetta.
