Florence city council has accepted the Amici della Terra association’s plans to create dog-friendly spaces throughout the city, one space in each of five neighbourhoods. Expert volunteers, upon request, will be able to help owners to train their dogs. The project, to be completed within the next two months, is expected to cost 5,000 euro.
