Celebrate American Independence Day in Florence at The Florentine’s Red, White + Blue party at Hotel Savoy in piazza della Repubblica on July 4 at 7pm. TAA – Florence Dance Festival Fourth of July
The Tuscan American Association and the Florence Dance Festival join forces for an Independence Day event from 6.30pm in the Great Cloister of Santa Maria Novella (piazza Santa Maria Novella 18). Expect national anthems and welcoming remarks, music, food and drinks, dance and fashion.

Villa La Massa welcomes guests on July 4 to celebrate American Independence Day. Bistrot L’Oliveto will come alive with live music all evening long, while guests dine out on an Italian-American menu of Tuscan antipasti, freshly baked pizzas, barbecue food and local wines.

Fundraising dinner for Caritas
A dinner held at 8pm on July 4 in the cloister of Ognissanti Church (Borgo Ognissanti 42) raises funds for the San Paolino project run by the Fondazione Solidarietà Caritas. A large table with 200 seats will see dishes prepared by the Federazione Italiana Cuochi, with music and entertainment adding to the occasion. A minimum donation of 30 euro is requested.
