Innovative Chianti Classico winery Vallepicciola has just opened an exclusive lounge at ACF Fiorentina’s Artemio Franchi Stadium. The Vallepicciola Wine Club is a brand-new prestigious hospitality area that is the next step in the ongoing partnership between Vallepicciola and Florence’s foremost soccer club.

The Vallepicciola Wine Club aims to provide a comprehensive experience, allowing guests to dive into the world of Vallepicciola with fine wine tastings while enjoying the interior design of the lounge. The opening took place on August 22 for the play off match against Puskas Academy for qualification to the forthcoming UEFA Conference League.

Spanning 200 square metres, the lounge can accommodate up to 150 seated guests and will serve as the hub for Vallepicciola hospitality during all Serie A, Coppa Italia and Conference League pre- and post-match events. Vallepicciola, which was already featured on last season’s stadium’s wine list, is expanding its tastings to include Pievasciata Spumante Brut, Pievasciata Chardonnay IGT Toscana, Pievasciata Rosso IGT Toscana and Chianti Classico.

“We are extremely proud and honoured by the progress we’ve made and excited to invest new energy, ideas and resources into the Vallepicciola Wine Club. Special thanks to ACF Fiorentina for continuing to believe in this beautiful and fruitful partnership,” remarks Alessandro Cellai, general manager of Vallepicciola. “Our winery welcomes thousands of visitors each year, and it’s an honour to welcome new guests to the Vallepicciola Wine Club.”
