Situated
between Florence and Siena is the
medieval hilltop borgo of Linari. The yearly music festival boasts 10 concerts
with programs ranging from early to contemporary classical music.Venues include
the picturesque local churches of Santo Stefano and Sant’ Appiano, castles,
private villas and Barberino Val d’Elsa’s main piazza. The concerts are
typically followed by dinners which is a great opportunity to meet the
musicians and participate in the unique festival.
