Fiorentina fans arrived in their droves in Rome yesterday for the Coppa Italia final against Napoli.

Following sad scenes of a firefighter being hit by a flare and reports of injuries caused by shootings in the vicinity of the Stadio Olimpico, the match got underway after an hour’s delay.

After a lacklustre start by Fiorentina and two early showstopping goals scored by Napoli’s Insigne, the purple-clad team rallied and enjoyed most of the possession. Napoli made the most of their few scoring chances and the match finished 3-1 in Napoli’s favour.
