Lydia O'Brien

    Lydia O’Brien is a freelance cookbook editor, recipe tester and writer. After leaving the full-time world of cookbook publishing in New York, she spent the summer of 2022 cooking at an agriturismo near Siena and has since been based in Florence. Originally from Washington, D.C., she has a degree in English literature and spent a semester in Rome studying food and art history.
