7 Day Energy Healing Retreat in Chianti

What are you doing this May? Join us for a week-long Healing, Spiritual, & Cultural Retreat in Chianti in a 10th Century Castle.

May 23rd – 30th. Learn about energy healing, grounding, meditation, reiki, somatic healing, medical and guided hypnosis, trauma, inner child healing, identity, self love, manifestation and so much more.

Each day begins with a beautiful healing Chakra Yoga session and then on to our activities – to include drum journeying, a foraging walk with plant identification and workshop, a sound bath, and a breathwork session. Cultural activities include an olive oil farm tour and dinner, a vineyard tour with lunch, guided tour of Florence with free time to explore the city and an Italian-style pizza party with live musical accompaniment.

There will be time each day to meditate, journal, go for a walk, enjoy the pool, or book an Ayurvedic massage, astrological reading, or other bespoke services.
