Some of the best wine making names in Italy will be auctioning off their wine at a benefit event next May 20th to support Florence’s most important annual musical festival, Maggio Musicale Fiorentino.

Names like Frescobaldi, Antinori, Castello Banfi, Biondi Santi, Arnoldo Caprai, Umani Ronchi, Ca del Bosco, Planeta, Incisa Della Rocchetta, and Donnafugata are only a few of the dozens of wine producers participating in the auction.

The auction will also inaugurate the ninth edition of the wine festival “Alla Corte del Vino” ( At the Wine Court) on May 21st and 22nd. This is one of Italy’s more important festivals and is held each year in San Casciano Val di Pesa. The festival was created by Prince Duccio Corsini as a way to reunite and celebrate Tuscany’s finest wines.
