Four full days of theatre, art
and cultural events in and around Florence.
The theme of this year’s TeatriAperti is the relationship of the theatre with
the city itself. Some events will be staged in the open, as well as in the
city’s theatres.
As a part of Teatri Aperti,
Florence International Theatre Company will be offering creative and fun
opportunities for children of five years of age through to adults. FITC will
introduce its 12 week course, English Spettacolare!, which uses anglo theatre
techniques to activate the English language, as well as a kick-off meeting to
begin planning for VDay Firenze 2010 which will take place in March and include
a bi-lingual performance (English and Italian) of The Vagina Monolgues.
